I honestly dont know. Knee flexion, contact with and putting weight on the knee are what hurts it. For me it hasnt gotten above a 4/10 for pain so I'm pushing through. Basically I detrained in the 4 weeks up to the meet by cutting volume more than I needed to for my training level.

I think for the next meet I'll do a sharp 1 week taper. stop volume, do 3x3 monday, 1x3 thu and use the last triple as my opener on saturday.

I'm an advanced intermediate/very early advanced trainee so I'm hoping I can learn a bit about metric / autoregulated training.

But I think in practical terms it's not very helpful (yet). For example if I don't get a training stimulus from one cycle all I'll do is add a set or two next time around and see if that brings on a stimulus.

Maybe the metrics are useless but maybe I'm not able to see their worth just yet. In any case having a platform to record progress is always a good thing.

It's pretty basic but i like it. It keeps track of estimated e1rms on all movements. The trac system is helpful for autoregulation. It also keeps track of estimated wilks and comp total which is nice to watch go up. For me, it's good enough but i'm a cheap bastard.

Eat around 3300 cals a day high protein moderate carbs high fats. Most days it's eggs, egg whites, peanut butter, nuts, spinach, kale, sweet potatos, avacados, chicken, fish, steak(any cut), lamb, whey, casein(at night), cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, Icelandic yogurt, fruits, water and Gatorade.
