> bench press as usual
> added more weight but i've pressed this much before
> pain around/behind the scapula afterwards

ass so thicc it ripped her jeans open
Warm up more and work on your flexibility. How's your posture?

i think my posture is fine (who knows), i've had bad posture from anterior pelvic tilt but i think it's almost fixed. The fact that it's the first time it happens makes me think it was something wrong with my form that i did not notice and someone here might know of if they went through it before.
Not the rotator cuff but the right-upper back, what warm up do you suggest?
doctors of /fit/ i summon u!!

Supraspinatus strain

you prob didnt warm up properly(barx5 50%x5 65%x3 and 80%x1 and also try this
>look straight ahead and keep your eyes level
>raise shoulders UP
>pull them BACK
>now pull them DOWN
now you are ready to bench properly.

i've seen this, i'll watch it again maybe i missed something
>>40996729
yes i never warm up because i dont lift much at all (like 125-135 lbs), i guess i'll start doing it anyway?
the shoulder thing seems smart, i'll do it next, the first google result talked about having the scapulas in the wrong place and i have a hunch it was that
