What really matters is consistently lifting and progressing in weight and/or reps. Whether it be from a modified starting strength all the way to a PPL.
As far as diet goes, that is up to you. If you're currently bulking, and everytime you walk past the mirror thinking about how chubby you are, go on a 2-3 month cut and start bulking after that. Otherwise, bulk away and pack on that mass.

I don't know, those numbers (except for the OHP are rather average in my opinion, my shoulders are pretty big, it's the angle, but my traps are a huge factor in a lot of lifts I believe, I also overhead squat like 70-80 kg, they stabilise me and assist in every lift.

Oh, also 1RM at the beginning, no idea except far OHP which I distinctly remember since I didn't start really deadlifting heavy until 3-4 months ago or so, I only began Squatting for bigger numbers in August as well since I didn't have a gym membership and no squat rack, for the first few months I had like 116 kg max to work with and that was my deadlift weight until like Juli and that was also the time I started squatting, I only squatted and overhead pressed for a long time then practically, accessory work here and there. Recently I put more emphasis on deadlifts.
