So I haven't eaten anything for a little over 33 hours, just got kinda depressed for a day. I was planning on taking some BCAAs, drinking some coffee, and going for an hour long bike ride. I was planning on eating 330g rolled oats with 2 cups almond milk, 220g peanut butter and around 100g honey about 30 minutes after the bike ride.

you're currently burning stored body fat for energy. why would you want to switch to burning sugar before doing cardio?
don't even take the BCAAs, you don't need them. coffee is fine if you want it but also not necessary.
If you have the energy just go for the bike-ride empty stomached. Eating something afterwards is a great idea, just make sure you get something, otherwise your body will probably start eating up your muscles.
