Download the Lose It app. Set it to an amount of weight loss per week you can do without relapsing and going on a binge. Input every scrap of food that goes into your mouth accurately. Everything down to each individual M&M, and if you don't know 100% how many calories something is, DON'T EAT IT.
Follow the Couch to 5K running plan religiously. If you fail to complete a day, just repeat it next time. Do not input the amount of calories you lost while running into your Lose It app, you'll be too tempted to eat over them and ruin your hard work. Pretend they don't exist. Drink lots of ice water.
I did this and I'm currently 220 lbs down from 265+. If you want to look good after losing the weight then read the fucking sticky and do SS.
