so first time making a thread on 4chan and /fit/ i need your help.
i'm 19yo male 74kg and i look like a goblin, skinny arms and legs but fat belly.
i started yesterday with running but for next week i wanna have a full routine written down.
what i have planned for now is running on mondays, wednesdays and fridays. i'm using an app that gives me intervals between jogging and walking (today was around 4km)
then on tuesdays, thursdays and maybe saturday? shit like squats,push ups and crunches
so tell me /fit/ what is okay, what i should add and some tips on streaching (think that i havent done anything since later 2015)

Check Couch to 5k and start counting calories for dieting.
Look for a novice training routine (Starting Strength, Stronglifts 5x5, ICF, Ivysaur, etc).
Do dynamic stretch before working out and static stretch before it.
Go light and remember to take rest days.
