Looking for good sources of complex carbs and fiber on the go and found these. Holy shit there's a lot of fiber. Is there any downside to eating these to hit a macro?

Im in class from 11-5 on Tuesday/Thursdaiy, I eat these for lunch twice a week, taste great and are quite filling
Double Chocolate is best.

The only downside is that it doesn't help in killing your cravings for something sweet.

Don't get memed, the protein used in protein bars has god awful bioavailability. Look it up, your body can't use most of it.

Get the Costco bars if you don't mind just eating two flavors. Good stuff either way. By the way, almost all of the fiber in these sorts of bars are soluble so if you want a regular shitting schedule or to avoid constipation I would suggest eating some steamed spinach every dinner as well. Tons of insoluble fiber and gud vitamins.

Those are literally the most overrrated, tasteless flavors
The vanilla almond one is probably the only semi-decent flavor. I avoid them though because the amount of fiber in one serving always tears my intestines out.
