I'm thinking of going vegan. What supplements will I need?
I know B12 is the big one, but IIRC there are others that are hard to get from vegan shit.

If god is good, then why do others have to suffer so that I can get my vitamins?

>Others
Are you a cannibal?

>So long as you consume around 2.4 mcg (that’s micrograms) per day, you can rest assured that your body can utilize ample stores of B12 for the foreseeable future, even if you miss a couple of days or even weeks
And of course the first supplement I find has 1000 micrograms. wtf

Not eating your dead family members is wasteful. I also unironically smoke cigarettes I find on the ground.
Holy fuck, why do all micro supplements have ridiculously high dosages?

They don't absorb very well in supplemental form and are excreted readily when too much is given
How can you know if you have a deficit of a certain micronutrient? Do you guys keep track of those too?

Get a blood test done, or check for signs of deficiency. I just found out that most people supposedly don't get enough omega 3 and vitamin D, so it might be worth to check for those specifically.
I'm mostly just researching to not become one of those "guy goes vegan, gets anemia after a month" cases.
Take a vitamin D suppliment, e is kinda hard to get as well, make sure and eat kale for the vitamin K, walnuts, flax, or chia seeds for the omega 3's
Anyway, thanks guys.
