What's the cheapest yet best heart rate monitor to monitor myself while jogging so I stay in the fat-burning zone?
Not trying to spend a ton of money if there's a cheap alternative
I suggest you read up on fitness in general because you clearly don't know anything about it
>monitor myself while jogging so I stay in the fat-burning zone
"fat burning zone" is not a thing.
What you are looking for is your TDEE and how much calories you consum per day. If you consum less than your TDEE you lose weight.
You can't track this with a "cheap heart rate monitor"...
MiBand 2,its cheap and nice.

I suggest you read the sticky for how dumb you are
This is now a FITBIT THREAD

1) Fat burning zone is a meme
2) learn to read your own pulse using your wrist and fingers

Your pic related is a good tracker. I'm happy with mine and it's mostly accurate
It isn't a game changer in the fitness world and it shouldn't be your main tool in losing weight. You should read the sticky and figure out your TDEE and go from there. But fitness trackers are fun accessories that help to keep you in a routine instead of giving up two weeks in.

An annoying faggot with a bunch of broscience. Do HIIT.
paid $15 for this piece of shit. It works though.
just had my first run in a really long time. ran for about 15 minutes and got my heart rate up to 189. on a 2 day fast as well.
i'm dead.

get a Mi Band 2

HIIT is good, but I'm pretty sure that will burn a tiny bit of muscles with ur fat because of the intensity, whereas low heart rate cardio will exclusively just burn fat

That's literally the opposite of what happens.

Proof or it's bullshit
