Is this PPL a meme? Doesn't feel like I'm making much progression and people talk a lot of shit about PPL...

drop dead
also
what stage are you at?
For a beginner its a meme what are your lifts?

yeh ppl is bad man its pretty much a brosplit with slightly higher frequency, not optimal for naturals. get on an upper lower or full body program(preferred) for the best results.
People talk a lot of shit about everything. There will never be a consensus on fit about routine styles. You just have to experiment and figure out what works best for you.
no issue with comitting to a program and shit, it's just pickling the right one.
Any recommendations?

i did PPL for well over 3 months before i stalled, but i got some great gains from it.

The problem is that it actually has fairly little volume when you get down to the nuts and bolts of it.
IMO it doesn't have enough on push day, I'd switch it to 5x5 bench and OHP every push day until you get to 1/2/3/4. Also, you absolutely need to bulk on this, if you are cutting it will be too much.
6 days a week is insane, only no life collegefags can do this program
your calorie intake would need to be higher than your 3-4 day program as well
Bump because I just started ppl

It's not really different than most 4 day splits, it's just broke up into 6 shorter days.

What have you switched over to now?
