how to fix posture?

My torso is at least 25" long, and my neck is decently long, so whenever I sit up straight, I tower over everybody. And my arms don't rest comfortably on anything. And most chair backs don't go high enough to provide proper support at that level.

Fucking manlets make everything difficult and are responsible for my shitty posture.

I have trouble stretching my pecs in a doorway, they're extremely tight. Every time I try I just feel like my shoulders are getting the brunt of it regardless of how I position myself. I really need to find a way to stretch them out for my posture, are there any other methods?
