How did you get out of auschwitz mode?
I'm eating like crazy but haven't gained any weight in two months.

I just made sure to eat more than 3000 calories a day by counting them and reduced the amount of cardio I did

I would eat BBQ, lots of meat nachos, fried chicken, pizza and high protein but absolutely shitty food constantly will do it.
Don't get addicted though that's how you get fat.
Be active, like bike and play sports, so you keep being hungry, but also eat more than you burn.
You'll be bigger in no time.

Use real butter and make sure you add salt to everything.
Olive oil and milk. If your lactose intolerant eat yogurt until you aren't.

After every meal drink a shake with:

Currently still a skelly. Have been trying to bulk for last 4 weeks with some success, went from 65Kg to 70Kg.
I don't think I can do it any longer though, I just can't eat that much, I've tried milk, and protein + peanut butter shakes, eggs etc. to increase calories but it's all starting to make me feel ill.
The thought of eating now feels me with dread and makes me nauseous.

Try eating 500-600 calories every second hour. Literally watch the clock and then eat some pb/jelly sandwiches, pasta with pesto and eggs, homemade burrito or whatever you feel like.
