>FAQ
>is my routine good?
if it has no progression, you are just doing cardio and maintaining
>>40958475
Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility after each set
FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength
FBAS - Fundamental Bent Arm Strength
FLS - Fundamental Leg Strength
the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level
for negative movements, 5x5x10s means you descend for 10s each rep
>SL
SL progression seems to be different from PDF's
Foundation gives 3 routines:
>AxBxAxx
>ABxABxx
>ABABAxx
A: FL, sPL, HBP, RC
B: MN, SL, SLS

>tfw i can do twice as many pistols on my dominant leg
i can do 5 pistols on my left and 10 on my right per set. so instead ive been doing 3x5 for my right and 5x5 for my left until they even out.
is this a bad idea
>>40959216
Personally I would keep doing the 10 on the right and try to increase the number of reps on the left working up to 8-12 reps per leg. Progression is probably better than regression I guess

According to foundation, you should pick starting point according to your weaker muscles. So if you can only do 5 on your left, do 5 for both (that week, don't remember to progress) 15rep mastery template from foundation is a good progression to follow
What're some good exercises for Bulged disc
>>40959960
i'd assume core work with proper form, planks, side planks, hollowbody holds, archbody holds
really i'd assume you can do whatever as long as it doesnt cause pain and you really pay attention to proper form
We had a good thread about mobility 2 days ago. How about cardio? Anyone on /bwg/ does running or something? Opinions and resources? I've been doing it for 2 weeks without following a program. Just run for 40-60 minutes, walk when I get tired. Just getting a feel for the thing.
>>40960161
cardio and running are two separate things, in my opinion
for some reason people tie the two when you can easily alter your normal work out to make it a cardio one as well
personally I don't like going outside so I would choose jump rope or knee raises instead

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1b1sz3QXeVQ These are more like a light warm up/ stretching kind of exercises. Are you asking for exercises that simultaneously build muscle and help bulged discs?
>>40960220
yeah running is a type of cardio
>>40960220
all squares are rectangles but not all rectangles are squares
>>40960264
all cardio is running but not all running is cardio???
>>40960243
I just ment that if you want to do cardio, running is not your only choice
