Hey retards, one of my good friends (which is grill) asked to lift with me today. I did and while I was she was asking me a bunch of questions and it was clear she didn't know what she was doing at all. I told her I would look online for a program she could follow but don't really know what would be best for her? Should she just do something like starting strength?
