>a big pinch of cinnamon
>one tablespoon of cocoa powder
>one scoop of whey (banana&vanilla)
>water
sometimes I add dried cranberries or raisins

Oats + hot water = porridge. Eat with milk. You can spice it up with cinnamon or frozen blueberries, or some butter.

Everything. Been playing around with overnight oats for as long as I can remember and I've come to learn what I like most in there

and sometimes shards of coconut oil because I'm a faggot

I mix them up in a big 5kg tub and have a laundry scooper that puts 70g exactly which is ideal

only hot water
because it cant taste bad if it has no taste at all
