what are you putting in your oatmeal lads?
I've been eating it with a handful sunflower and pumpkin seeds, but it's not great

Today I put 2 kiwis and half a banana in and later I was too lazy to cook something so I ate another bowl with an apple. Oats are god tier food.

sometimes I add dried cranberries or raisins
Oats + hot water = porridge. Eat with milk. You can spice it up with cinnamon or frozen blueberries, or some butter.

I'm bulking for the first time right now. I generally add a banana and a scoop of whey, along with some peanut butter.
Because I'm a piece of shit who can't eat, I've just been adding a lot of peanut butter. Too much. 80-120g.

I mix them up in a big 5kg tub and have a laundry scooper that puts 70g exactly which is ideal
