Scrubbing, mainly.
Get a glove scrubber and go until you're red when in the shower.
Products containing AHA are good too, I have some Amlactin which I use for my chicken skin, but seems to have made my already white stretch marks a little less noticeable. at the least they are less rough.

If you go to Walgreens or CVS, they have some over the counter scar fade creams that help, but they aren't that effective. Get a script from your doctor for "hydroquinone" (4% strongest), that's the only cream that I've seen work really well.
