Look mate, i've only been doing it for a month and have gone from a skinny-almost skinny-fat weakling into actually progressing in lifts
I started at 30kg squat, i'm now at 60kg squat
It's good, but you get out what you put in
compounds are good for building STARTING strength
form diet etc matter too
at the end of the day, if youre doing any training regime (as long as it isnt retarded) it's better than nothing
YOU'RE NOT THE BOSS OF ME NOW
YOU'RE NOT THE BOSS OF ME NOW
YOU'RE NOT THE BOSS OF ME NOW
AND YOU'RE NOT SO BIG
>>40952847
lots of milk is not a meme though

point is, it's mostly the contant pushing from linear progression doing the work, not the program specifically.

Well, proper routine matters too, especially for beginners who should effectively use their great potential for progress.

Why, you don't need all that autism to lift weights. Just lift the weights.
SS is good for beginners
beginners dont need to do accessory lifts or a lot of bullshit. The best thing to do is get proper form down on the big 3, and focus on advancing in those lifts. Adding 5 lbs to muh bicep curl doesnt mean shit when you are deadlifting 135 lbs still. Adding 20 lbs to your deadlift a week on the otherhand will lead to huge gains in the longrun

for you
