Took me 8 months to get to 1 plate squats and I only lost 20 lbs. still look skinny fat. Should I just try bulking?

Start getting 130+g of protein a day. Do a real lifting routine. Do cardio and stretching on your off days. You can bulk. Forget about lookin good this summer. Bulk at TDEE +500 until next march then start your cut.

Either cut better, or start bulking from there, it's up to you. The latter will be harder but more rewarding
