Thats 90 lbs....you dont count the bar, you are ALWAYS lifting the bar and dont need to count it. FFS.

wrong 1 pl8 = 20 kg

bench 1 plate on each side plus bar is 3pl8.

This is why i brought this up - we all calculate it differently.

The guy in the pic is benching 2pl8 SINCE THERE ARE TWO FUCKING PLATES ON THE BAR.
You count the bar when talking about how much you lift in either kgs or lbs, not plates, as the bar itself is not a plate. Therefore, 2pl8 = 135lbs.
