I assume there is no difference desu. Everything depends on how much you drink

I wont lie to you, it's always nice to have a little buzz going on while lifting on Saturday, but forget about PRs or going heavy, doesn't work.

I used to get drunk after lifting but it does lower testosterone for the next day of lifting. I gave up drinking and feel stronger and more fertile.

I had to switch my leg day, because I was doing legs on Sunday but drinking Saturday, so I was too hungover to squat much. Lifting hungover is going to be less effective. Drinking after lifting is still going to affect your gains but not as much
