Isnt that EXACTLY what they're for?

Alright, not OP but I got a question: where can you find them ? I mean there aren't any of this in my everyday's shop. Is it expensive ?
Does it at least not taste like shit ?

protein shops, some supermarkets, pharmacies maybe. Depends on were you live
>s it expensive
It's about 2-3 times more expensive than a chocolate bar as I know.
OP here, thanks a lot guys. I googled about these things a lot and didn't find proper answer.
Maybe you can not google common sense

taste meh, texture is horrible and macros are ok, better snack than anything else you can buy on a regular store, maybe get some peanuts

Most taste like ass and are expensive. I'd recommend finding a shop that sells them, trying each one until you find one you like, then order them by the case online.

Thx for letting me know guys.

Convenient, yes. Cheap, no. Protein powder is way cheaper. Calculate the the grams of protein per dollar to evaluate protein sources.

They are basically candy bars with soy protein in them. You'll get less crap eating whey concentrate and getting your carbs and fats from better sources.
