fuck the sticky
>>40932477
this is all u need
Ss on GOMAD
Begin at the grocery store, not the gym. Start off slow with 3-4 gallons of milk for your first week, and then work your way up to 7-8. Check out starting strength.
>>40932477
KEK
>>40932548
Wait hold up
I might be a fucking idiot because I'm new here but do you mean DRINK 3-4 gallons or LIFT 3-4 gallons?
>>40934286
Obviously fucking lift them. Fucking newfag
>>40934286
you pick them up and put 'em over your head idiot
>>40932444
>How do I start?
By ordering food.
>>40934286
Drinking that much milk would be suicide for any potential aesthetics. You need to lift 3-4 gallons (at a time) for a while then graduate to 7-8 when you're stronger.
When that gets too easy then move on to actual weights
>>40934297
>>40934308
Why not just use dumbbells then ?
>>40934286
If you answer me this one simple question, I will give you a proper rutine and accompanying advice you might need.
Why didnt you read the sticky?
>>40934327
ITS GOMAD NOT DOMAD GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER
seriously why don't you read the sticky
>>40934336
I read the sticky and I'm doing this work out
http://newbie-fitness.blogspot.com/2007/01/stripped-5x5.html?m=1
But I'm still new and only started a month ago
>>40934349
Use some common sense and think. What does one normally do with gallons of milk? Did the sticky bring up "eating"? Why cant you put the two together?
>>40934371
I DON'T KNOW MAN
I JUST STARTED A MONTH AGO
>>40932444
>>40934349
For your own safety, newfag. Leave. Leave and never come back.
>>40934349
Okay good.
Literally nothing I can teach you now.
If people didnt read the sticky, we'd get 100s of these threads a week. We're already getting too many as is.
Best advice you're going to get:
>3 equally important aspects of fitness to remember:
>1: Eat (above your tdee)
>2: Train (smartly, proper reps/sets, proper rest days)
>3:Sleep (always get 8 hours, everyone is able to, even you).
>>40934327
Aside from dropping a dumbell on your feet, you don't get the same sense of danger that gallons of milk will give you.
That fear you will feel?
It will make you stronger.
>>40934406
Okay now you're being over dramatic
