Do IF, start with 16:8 and go running. Drink lots of water and black coffee and do cardio when fasted. Low carb on non-lifting days.
Unless you binge like a madman that should get the fat burning like nothing before. Go easy on the Ephedrine
You wont feel hungry after a few days of IF and you still get to eat a lot in your feasting window.
