So I think I have Klinefelter's. At the very least, I have gyno and some mile-wide childbearing hips. What the fuck can I do to fix this travesty? Should I into bear/fridge mode? How do I do that? I've been on a 500kcal deficit for about 3 months while doing the 3x5 version of Ice Cream Fitness, but results are disappointing. My tits are showing no signs of disappearing and I still have curves to rival the fittest grils. What do? I'm 6'3" (190.5cm) and 165lb (74.8 kg), down from 195(88.5kg) in the last three months or so.

Did you go through puberty?
If yes, youre dont have klinefelters, just too much estrogen, look up how to remove phyto/xenoestrogens from your diet and train lats/chest/obliques to look massive as fuck brah.

You're fine from we can see on the pictures. Do you have an active lifestyle? You seem to have a lot of fat in the wrong places, I bet if you got lean as fuck you're whole figure would start to change. Get into a cal deficit for that (till you can actually see your abs)

I lift 3 times a week but other than that im a full time student and work behind a desk 40 hoursa a week

I figured that you were inactive, too much sitting all day causes this shit.. you have to make up for that (by creating a calorie deficit),
it's simple, you need to become more active and eat better (6 meals per day to speed up your metabolism)
