lost weight progressively over a few years then started lifting 4x a week in feb, only started a good routine with better lifts in march as I was to weak to stabilise a bar or anything, benched 20kg in the same month so im more than happy.

Had literally 0 muscle, it had all decayed, pretty much started from 0, I seem to put it on muscle fast, my arms have grew like crazy, they have stretch marks all over just from building muscle these past few months which look like ass.

Still a little chub but I wanna make some much better gains before I cut so I'm not to concerned about it, I'm not gunna run a deficit if the gym is going this well.

I think you're cutting way too aggressive if you're dropping that much in your lifts.

I've been cutting since jan and I'm down ~20lbs on a moderate cut and I've gone from a 255x2 bench to a 245x1, my deadlift has stayed pretty much where it was at 465x2.

I basically just do intermittent fasting with all my daily calories like 2-3 hours before I lift and I get a good workout while still losing weight.

I do so low rep ranges on cuts since I don't want to lose any strength and I'd say it's been working.

I just want abs so goddamn bad I went from 190 to 170lbs and I'm still without a defined 6 pack, just starting to see the individual abs now.

What does your goal physique look like? In the 2nd pic, it looks like you've got shoulders that are quite wide genetically, that may be at risk of going full 3D DELTS + PECS (that female swimmer big delts and lats look). But It could just be the pic, and if that's the look you want then go for it.

Otherwise, body fat level is good (on the lower side in good range), lower half looks slightly quad dominant compared to hammies and glutes.

I'm not him but just use dumbbells or do body weight exercises to build the strength and neuromuscular adaption you need. Do movements that imitate the barbell movements that you're aiming to do. If you are an adult, you probably have muscle mass to lift the bar, it's just that your nervous system isn't efficient and used to performing those movements. Therefore, it shouldn't take long to make neuromuscular adaptions and be able to lift the bar.

You could get more than 4kg of loading for triceps by doing pushups (progress to incline pushups with feet up on something). You could load biceps more by doing pullups/chinups at a park on playground equipment or similar. I don't think you'd regret joining a cheap gym sooner rather than later. You'll probably have fun checking out the equipment and giving it a go. When you do join, hunt around for deals like no sign up fee, or challenge them to waive the sign up fee, tell them another gym down the road is offering a cheaper price etc etc. If you've got friends that go to a gym already, sometimes they or you can get discounts for them referring you.
