i used to do them 3 times a week for 4*8-12. it just doesnt do anything.

tried going heavy as well.

but even if my arms are devastated, they will be fine within an hour. even though i worked them as hard as i could.

also dont get muscle ache in them

i should probably start doing 100 reps every day or something.

it's god damn near impossible to overtrain something as tiny and fatigue resistant as the biceps

you're much more likely to just get tendonitis in both bicep tendons than overtrain your biceps
