I'm 31 and 5'6". I just have very low expectations in regards to women and use pr0n/escorts when I feel like it. Also, I'm so darn autistic/introvert that I don't enjoy club environments.

It ties in with some stoicism if you ask me. I can't change my height but I can make the best of my conditions and that may even mean to more or less give up on women. The dating market is fucked up as it is and being 5'6" and not rich doesn't make it better. I honestly can't see myself jumping through endless hoops to satisfy women when to compensate for my flaw of being short while supposedly ignoring the liabilities of modern women.

Might ofc be sour grapes here but I've tried to think rationally about it and can't see it in another way. That being said, I lift, read, hang out with friends (other men), travel a bit and save away money in index funds.

The best way to cope with being a manlet is to be confident in yourself. Height isn't half as much of an advantage or restriction as people here claim it is; I never have any problems hooking up after a night out and I've fucked girls as tall as the 5'8-5'9 region plenty of times, and this was before getting fit. The trick is to be confident in your character and yourself and that'll draw people to you.
