i only experience doms on side delts, no where else

If i do lat raises at an angle, I sometimes get soreness from some nerves in my shoulder. Idk if that counts
In 7 years, never got DOMS on my delts. Also biceps are rare.
Pecs, quads and traps though.... every time
You get them in the first year of lifting, after that its non-existing basicaly exept for the rear delts because its whe smallest and the weakest and will give the most pain basicaly every time you do them right

I only ever get DOMS on anterior delts. No matter how many lateral raises I do, I never get DOMS on my side delts

It is possible, but like someone else said, bigger muscles get doms more easily.
I only got doms I my shoulders twice in my life.
Once when I did 3x5 OHP, then did 4 OHP drop sets with 80% the weight.
The second time when I went to my first krav maga class.

I got them for the first time and I was extremely worried that i had fucked up my shoulder somehow.
i believe it's like back pain or when your neck crack wen you dont /fit/. but is it normal that shoulders pain takes way more time ? is it a routine we have to go trough everytime or is there a way to relieve from it ?

no. shoulder, trapezius and lat doms are the worst
