Let's be fair, the sticky covers all subjects nicely but STILL has broken links and still preaches the calorie in/out system.
I know the latter isn't that simple from experience with IF. Eating the exact same things and doing the same cardio, I melted more fat when exercising in a fasted state and eating everything in a 5 hour window.
