Anyone else just doing squat, bench, And deadlier with some dumbbell rows and pull ups mixed in only?

I think you may be rigth.
I've been stuck at 145kg for 5-6 reps for a while, but I have very poor mechanics for the deadlift. Two weeks ago I did it 3 days and last week I was so fucked that I had to do a deload and this week I was much stronger.
