I failed my OHP for the first time too on Monday, couldn't even finish first set with same weights.
The reason is that I slept poorly during weekends, I felt week even when I came in gym.
Forced myself to go to bed early during week days and did all the sets like nothing on Friday.

Try next time. If you stall try again next time. It worked for me when I did for the third time. If it still doesn't work, reduce weight? I don't know, do 2x5 with 90 and make the third set AMRAP with at least 6-7 reps.

so even though my sets failed i still got the same overall volume and muscles will still grow/not atrophy

I thought lean gains was a myth. I've been working out for 3 years and finally decided to try it. Fucking 80kg OHP for a set of 5 on a cut makes me feel like a fucking god.

Normie impressive is 95lbs
Moderately impressive is 135lbs
/fit/ impressive is 185lbs
/fraud/ impressive is 225lbs

depends on work weight and sets/reps.

for example, if working weight is 60kg for 5x5.
do bar for triple - nice and slow, perfect exagerated form.
put a 5kg on each end. perfect form triple.
swap 5s for 10kgs. perfect triple.
add 5s to 10s. perfect triple.
do some limbering, arm rotations etc.
then working sets.
