Red pill me on squating everyday

Is only reccomend it if you're planning a trip to India, it'll help you acclimate to the culture faster.
Fine as long as you don't go heavy every day. If you do you'll burn out in a week.
That jacked Harry Potter guy, Clarence, does 5x5 squats every day.

You'll get stronger at squatting to a max much faster than you would under normal training circumstances. However you won't make much progress elsewhere, and after a month or two you'll start stalling because you simply won't have the musculature to move more weight.

That's literally what Bulgarian style training is.

XDDDDD
Nice one

>made for oly athletes that weren't natty
if some normal guy that eats at maintenance or even cuts can do max squats every day for more than a week i'll be very impressed.
for that shit to work you have to bulk, sleep and have 0 stress in your life.

He also roids

I never said it was good long term, and it's not every single day, just every training day. If I remember correctly, there was one guy in /plg/ that did it for about a year, eventually he had a couple of nagging injuries and stopped doing it.

youre squatting everyday
>>40907961
Don't do it. You'll get hemorrhoids

I'm on day 3. Cutting and doing my 405x2 every day. Shit is fucking exhausting.

You'll see your lifts go up fer sher, and if you're very careful about fatigue and injury management, I think it can be sustainable for a pretty long time. We had a guy in /plg/ who did I think 50-something days in a row. Like every single one of those 50 days without a break.
Start at three or four times a week, pull deadlift singles once or twice a week, feel free to work in variants for your squats and presses as well. I had fun training this way, and I'll probably give it another try at some point, but fair warning it did start to beat the hell out of my knees over time.

Marcel did for like, for ever. Five days a week with one or two days of fronts, four days of bench following a more RTS setup.
But is this method good for hypertrophy?
>>40908304
Not particularly, but it's all just volume. If you're eating a reasonable surplus and squatting/benching daily with a few sets of back work most days, you will get bigger.

>another victim of ss
Read the book moron, you can easily find the pdf. Weightlifters manage to squat 6+ times a week no problem, in addition to squatting out of the rack with full cleans and snatches. Inb4 roids, the vast majority of olympic weightlifters are not using.
