How many hours a day do you get fit? No matter how much I eat and workout, if I don't get my 8 hours I feel fucked
i assume you're talking about sleep? 8 hours is minimum to get good recovery. 9-10 is optimal. there were studies done on this and the group that slept around 10 hours had way better recovery than those that only slept 6-7.

around 24

Yeah 9-10 is wonderful. But what do you think of these studies claiming anything past 9 is too much? Do you think they are not taking into account rigorous exercise?

I've gotten it to a sweet spot of 7 hours. Go to bed at 11:00, deep sleep by 11:20-11:30. Wake up at 6:30-7:00, start my morning routine.

4-6. I have a lot going on throughout the day so I go to the gym early morning. It's the maximum amount of sleep I can manage and still lift.

I wish I could do that, but honestly I don't have an issue with recovery. So either all the BCAAs I drink are actually helping or I'm not going as hard as everyone else.
Why is he using banana lube?

>not turning the fleshlight upsidedown when you finish for the banana cream pie
i still feel tired after 10 hours

most likely waking up at wrong sleep cycle. i was the same until i discovered http://sleepyti.me
now i always wake up refreshed. there are tons of similar apps for smartphones if you want to use that instead
I get around 8-10 hours of sleep if I get a good schedule down, but I get as little as two if I fuck my schedule up. I can function decently off little sleep, but I feel like shit.

I sleep around 8-9 hours a night and try to let my body wake itself up
