What about cutting it up in small slices and season up? You get more surface area with seasoning on. Also marinade/sauce is your friend for tastiness.

Youre cooking your chicken wrong. 20-25 minutes at 450 degrees depending on thickness. Chicken dries if you slow cook it.

I can suggest great recipes for you all day, but if you want to be healthy its a cut of meat, tons of veggies, and some spice like jalapeno for every meal. You need to learn to cook each meat properly to keep this tasty.

I make a couple of mixes...

Diced cabbage
Chicken
Bacon
Cheddar cheese
Montreal chicken seasoning

Diced cabbage
Chicken
Bacon
Cheddar cheese
Taco seasoning
Tapatio

Diced cabbage
Chicken
Pepperoni
Mozzarella cheese
Marinara sauce

They're all pretty simple
Cabbage for filling me up
Chicken for protein
Cured meat for salt/flavor/some protein
Cheese for oil/flavor/fat
Seasoning and/or sauce for flavor

I like to experiment with low calorie / low sugar.

I made this for 10 days in row for dinner, tastes godlike.

1 packet of bacon, slice it in small sizes and fry it. get a chicken breast and slice it up, fry it in the pan after the bacon is done. add garlic and pepper/salt to the chicken. when its almost done, add cream and boil down some wroth, add more pepper. boil/fry for 3 min, DONE.
boil fresh spaghetti meanwhile. now u have the sickest pasta sauce with bacon and chicken.
add parmersan cheese on top, eat in a bowl, dont use a knife, use a fork.
if u want add some spinach or broccoli.

I just got a cook book the other day and it has some pretty nice and quick recipes. I like this one because of the shrimp and spinach but you can also use chicken with this if you don't got shrimp :) enjoy!
