Anyone have some good meal plans to follow for fatloss?

I'm doing well with my cardio and lifting but I have a pretty bad binge eating problem that makes me basically plateau forever at a chubby weight, I'm 6ft - 175lbs, but very flabby.

I do well with set, structured instructions that I can follow so a set meal plan or a source to build one would be super helpful for me.

Posted in another thread but the thread went.

I'm currently 15 kg down and only have another 10 kg to lose to get to my target weight. My cardio is about 4x better than when I started, I'm getting a more defined jaw, I'm so much fitter and happier when doing most of my activities it's unbelievable and I love looking more "beautiful" and aesthetically pleasing (clothes looking good on me for once is great too).

However: I'm a gaybo who has a severe fat fetish and all I can think about is how the fuck I'm supposed to get a fat bf with the same fetish now, or how I'm gonna stand living with them if they're a fatass.

I know /fat/ is probably about as incapable of understanding my feels as anywhere else seems to be but I don't get it, Why couldn't I just be a normie? I'd have made a really good normie, I see y'all on /fit/ all the time whining about it being too hard to get girls and whatever well I've got to say y'all got it good because at least you're into girls.

HELP. so i've been on a diet for about a month now, and its doing..ok? i would say, im eating under 2,000, so im doing good, but my youngest brother is having a birthday in few days, but he doesn't want anything special, so for food he just said he wanted everyone to get a pizza from Domino's and obviously some cake and ice cream

im one of those people where, if im offered a full fucking pizza, im going to eat a full fucking pizza. (im still early in my diet to fight off huge craving's) even if i just take few slice's, i know either way, by the end of the day, i will eat the full pizza. (im not even counting the ice cream and cake i will most likely crave into, too)

i feel like if i refuse any of the food (family is fatties, they wont have a single healthy item there) m brother will somehow be upset, and i will be cranky because i will be turning down my favorite food. because this only happens 1 time a year (a birthday) i must ask

should i just fuck that day up, eating probably 4,000-6,000,

or be cranky/upset and probably piss off my brother too?

(pls dont recommend me only eat 1 slice, because i know myself and i will probably crave in to more then 1-2 slices, because we dont get pizza often and i enjoy it wayyy to much)

Or a frozen smoothie that might be a tiny bit better. if it's a chain you can look up dietary info online. even when not still look at a comparable chain so you get an idea what pizza to get. have the will power for 5 min while you order, so you get a thin crust margherita. instead of a meat lover's deep dish with cheese crust.

The dude's right, though. If you want to stay slim but have the fat gene, then you must keep an eye on your diet throughout your entire life. This is why there's such a huge percentage of relapse. I used to be fat - 260 at 6'4, slimmed down to 200 just before my senior year. It's been about 6 or 7 years since then and I've had a couple of close calls with obesity. I've noticed in that time that all it takes for me to baloon up is 3-4 months of unchecked eating and it's off to the shop for new pants. A year ago I was at my lowest weight because I was barely eating due to a tough break-up, but then I got a fancy new job with lots of disposable income and it took me 3 months to gain about 50 pounds of fat and I never even noticed.

My advice is to find something other than food to make you happy. Explore other types of cuisine and comfort food - for me it was preserves. Kimchi/sourkraut, gherkins and mushrooms have ridiculously low caloric index and are great snacks. If you're progress driven, make a spreadsheet. If the prospect of counting every calorie and weighing every grain of rice for the rest of your life seems daunting - get a quality belt and decide on a notch. Once you can't use that notch anymore - adjust your diet until you're happy. Keep watching the TLC reality shows and snap some before/after pictures of yourself. Read FPH threads. Never forget how it was.

TL;DR it's a lifestyle, not a grind.

I just used your weight of 213 to get your maintenance calories (bodyweight times 11-14 depending on activity level) assuming you have a sedentary life, you eat 2343 cal just to maintain your weight. A good place to start your cut is by dropping your maintenance calories by 20%. So start off with eating 1874cal a day.

how do i stop drinking milk I drink half a liter per day for as long as i can remember.
I've been eating 1000 less calories per day but my dumb ass will not get up unless I drink it in the morning before I'm even coherent. I intake about 400 calories in milk per day wtf.

When you are that fat, it hurts to stand after 5 mins. Im getting to the point where Im exhausted after I take a quick shower. Im fed up and want to start some fatty exercises so I can at least shower and do dishes without feeling shaky.

I don't know, because I don't use one, but I guess you can use it for like 30 minutes to an hour if you can. Just make sure to stretch afterwards and shit to not fuck your posture up. But as the other poster pointed out, exercise is not the most important thing for you right now, because it doesn't burn that many calories anyway.

When you're that big and having that much trouble, you don't even need to exercise, to be honest. The best thing you can do to put less strain on your body and start feeling better is to put more focus on how much you're eating.

I was getting close to 400 lbs, but I had a job where I was on my feet all day. I'd start with body weight exercises rather than going out and buying a stationary bike. Some dumbbells would help as well to get yourself some muscle in your arms.

Keep in mind that whatever you transition to needs to be permanent. The way you live and eat now cannot become your norm again or you will just end up back there.

You can also pretty much just eat whatever as long as it's within your deficit. Buy a food scale and weigh everything you put into your body and track it.

You should definitely weigh yourself daily and look at weekly averages and make adjustments based on that.

If you measure once a week and happen to be holding a lot of water that specific day you can essentially ruin it all because you have either made no progress or actually gain weight and then wrongfully decrease your calorie intake because you think it's not working.

Is it a cheat meal if I stay under my daily TDEE? If so, last sunday I had a large iced latte from Dunkin and 4 chocolate munchkins, 3 eggs, and 4 slices of bacon, a 615 cal burrito bowl for lunch, and eggs, ground turkey, and giardiniera scramble for dinner. Absolutely, I was actually 304 pounds at 19 when my journey started. I had a huge wake up call after I got dumped by this girl I settled for (don't know how I use to still pull bitchs Lol) and had a doctor tell me that I was morbidly obese and put it to me quite frankly what was going to transpire, had my life not changed. I calorie counted and swam (Florida boy) until about 270ish. I've done PPL from the start, except over the past year I've turned it into back/shoulders-legs/abs/traps-chest/arms-rest-repeat. It's just more enjoyable to me. I've tried strength programs but I hated them. There not fun to me. I still go heavy on my compounds but I never feel like I go hard enough on Texas method type programming. I actually got all the way down to about 175 last year, slow bulked into the summer to about 195. But man, from September to over the holidays I DIRTY bulked and just lifted heavy until the end of January. Blew up to 228. My lifts got nuts, I was fat swoll. But then I realized that I needed to cut hard because he inner fatty in me was coming back to life. So I took those pictures on the right the other day. I fluctuate comfortably between 198-203 on any given day based on how strict I am with diet or how much cardio I do. Just keep this in mind, nothing worth achieving is obtained over night. Slip ups happen. Recover, move on from them. Do not give in to the fuck ups. Hope this can help

The only gym close to me is LA fitness, which is $50 dollars initiation fee and $30 per month. That's $410 for the first year and $360 after that. Seems steep compared to buying my own shit. I did find a nicer one than that. Is home equipment really a meme?

i feel like i might be an edge case in terms of willpower bc i just got fed up one day and violently angry about being fat and disgusting

I unironically just cheat with a soda every now and then.

After around 2 months of "dieting", in which I've simply just stopped eating garbage and started cooking my food, and paying SLIGHT attention to my calorie intake, I've lost almost 8 kg, and have discovered a newfound willpower I didn't have before.

Getting up and getting out of the house is still a bit of a chore, as at my core i'm lazy as fuck, but i've also used that to my advantage. Rather than eat more, I'm just lazy and eat less because the only food I keep in the house is food I have to cook/prepare.

With this willpower I can actually afford to give myself something every now and then, even if it's literally just a can of coke once a month.

Today so far I've eaten one 80cal pepperoni stick.

600g chicken breast
2 big peppers (red/yellow)
2 medium onions
1 big broccoli stalk
100g rice
A bit of oil to cook it in
Some sweet chili sauce (Probably additional 150calories)

Which gets me to:

about 900 for chicken + rice, + whatever in the veggies, + 200-300 for the oil and sauce. Call it around 1400 total.

My MFP suggested calorie goal is 2050 per day. My personal target is ~1500.

if you're within your calorie limits, and that includes below/equal to your TDEE, the only thing that matters is if you will lost motivation/willpower by eating whatever you eat.

Otherwise, try not to blow up sodium levels, pay attention to macros, and eat basically whatever you want so long as you're under TDEE, but definitely stick to the healthy chicken + rice stuff.

Why? I stay in my cut goal and my dinner is a big healthy chinese style stir fry that I can happily eat regularly so I won't re-gain weight after.

My entire goal and all of my posts in this thread have been about creating a sustainable diet that you can:
1) Use while cutting, maintenance, or gaining by just adjusting portions/ratios
2) Enjoy, thus not fall off it.

What I'm eating today is what I'll eat when I hit my goal weight. And when I finally sort my life out a bit (running my own business only semi-successfully right now) and go back to the gym, I can use the same diet to gain muscle as well, just up the quantities/increase protein ratio.

I strongly believe that constantly changing your diet to either keep up with the memes or "Ok I've keto'd off the first 15 pounds now to switch to IF paleodiet but vegan on the full moon, then I'll move over to 5 meals a day after the next 15" etc is just a road to failure. The best thing you can do is learn the fundamentals of nutrition and apply them while keeping count of your calories. And if you do that correctly you can
a) Have a diet that works at any point in your goals
b) Eat the occasional pepperoni stick

But you know, have fun with your all or nothing diet and self righteous shitposts. See you in 3 threads when you post "I just ate 18 chimichangas and an entire cake with the word Diabetes written on it in fudge. ;("

I'm 6'4 and like..... 240? maybe 250. But I did a couple years of lifting and boxing training and stuff so I'm above averagely muscular as well. I've got that like.... muscle gut/bro physique going where I've got muscles but my diet went to shit so there's a layer of fat and a bit of a gut. I don't look terrible but I'm very self critical because I like to think I'm better than everyone so I'm very on myself about making sure I actually am. Thus the need to shred down and my being here. I feel my being here is particularly bad because I legit knew better. Do 25% of your TDEE off if you can. I mean 2400 into 4600 is pretty severe. IF you can make it go for it but I'd think about 3k. That's still 1600 daily deficit. See how you feel. Nutrition is the main thing. If you've got good nutrition in your calories it SIGNIFICANTLY improves the cutting experience.

Eating 2400 calories of shit is going to be way harder over the long term than 2400 calories of good food with micronutrients. If your body is feeling good then hunger is just one small complaint. But if you're eating garbage, that hunger might be the straw that breaks the camel's back. I'm doing asian-y flavored stir fries constantly and it's working great. I eat like 1500 calories a day and am less hungry than when I was eating 3k of junk.

Hey, thanks for the advice here. I'm in a tough spot at the moment because I live on campus at my college, so dining center food is the best I can get. It's not trash calories but it's not ideal either. I load up with 2 apples a day, carrots, broccoli and celery, I hope that's enough to maintain nutrients on that end. What I feel my main problem is is protein, it's so hard to get the needed amounts when the only meat in the entire place is in a cheeseburger. Sometimes I'll eat at like Jimmy Johns, but that's a drain on my wallet and probably worse for me than I realize.

Honestly the weirdest change is that I feel like I actually eat more than I used to, but it's actually because I'm eating a varied diet instead of shoving my face with endless carbs or whatever. Adjusting to actually needing to time out my meals and include nutrition has been weird for me so far. I'll aim for 3k for now.
