Sugar free is ok, but regular one is loaded with sugar

Ok one problem is the B vitamins B3 causes nausea, liver problem symptoms and reversable glucose intolerance, B9 masks B12 deficiency, and B12 "causes" acne/skin and spinal lesions.

And then theres B6 which has supplement side effects (which is in energy drinks) that has a whole bunch of nerve related shit seriously look it up if you are worried.

And then theres the caffeine and derivatives which i am not going to google for you as i have done enough.
