Since most people are clothed in public like 90% of the time what are the best muscles to train to look like swole in a t shirt?
Is there any point working anything other than arms, traps and shoulders considering normies consider anyone with even a bit of muscle jacked?

your back, shoulders, neck, chest and forearms. so basically deadlifts, bench and ohp

Yes, if you have a large core, back and posterior chain you'll be like 3 times as deep as normies.
Having huge legs is also aesthetic and if you're big enough it shows really well through clothes. Honestly just go for tank mode.
