I think that yohimbine just slightly decreases appetite. In the study that shows yohumbine (slightly) increases fat loss they did not control for diet. Also people say yohimbine has some stimulant properties so this would make sense

Based on studies CLA does work but to what extent? Also remember that nothing works if you are on a surplus. Not even doing 1h of cardio daily can undo the damage of what fork does.

can yohimbine really have any effects on gynocamastia? Also, I read that once you get those stubborn fat deposits burned off with yohimbine they are less likely to come back. Like for instance, if you get to 9% bf but still have lower back fat, then supplement with yHCL to get rid of it, it no longer becomes a stubborn fatty deposit.
