how do you make your shakes

2 handfuls of spinach
2 bananas
handful of frozen strawberries
couple scoops of plain greek yogurt
scoop of unflavoured protonz powder

honestly i don't even taste it. i just put it in for the micro nutrients

it's about 500-800 calories depending on the amount of olive oil

If I'm working out I add coffee and replace the olive oil with MCT oil.
