The brain is the most important muscle in the body. Why aren't you strengthening it?

It's literally not a muscle.
I love taekwondo but have no idea why the fuck they always demonstrate some stupid shit on concrete blocks
For me roundhouse kick to the temple is far more impressive

But I'm a STEM major

taekwondo is about striking. unless they dress someone in bomb squad level protective gear a black belt 6 dan master would murder everyone he give full body weight * aerial spin acceleration kick to the head.
I'm currently using MDMA to cause muscle damage which I will then repair using steroids injected directly into my cranium
It's the fastest way, not natty though
2nd Dan here. I love my martial art but ffs this dumb ass stuff is why people consider tkd a meme. Seriously, do something that's 1. Impressive, 2. Actually has real life applications. Turning kick, back kick, spinning heel. Come on man.

Is joining tkd gym at 21-22 viable or you have to join as 5 year old kid and stretch for 15 years?

>how fast can you flip bro?

totally viable-, you can become quite lithe with about a year to two years of dedicated training.
I started early and my dad prepped me by stretching me at home on the daily for several years before I actually started officially training with his Master, but I've seen plenty of people, ranging from late teens/early twenties to parents in their 30's 40's and 50's get a "later" start, and get at least decently flexible after a few years
