Which one is more important to keep track of? I find myself either not getting enough of 1 or 2 macros trying to keep my calories down, or going over my calorie allowance trying to hit them.
Also high test thread
Stop trying to weigh the importance and do both. Why is it always x vs y with you guys? If you can't do one without the other, you're doing it wrong. If that's too hard, you're not eating the right kinds of food.
Your macros are a part of your calories though...
As long as shits close who cares
Yoko is top tier jap titty monster.
why is /fit/ all the time trying to make everything black and white, while in world of fitness almost nothing is black and white, or it is at least hard to say

It's pretty fucking easy dude
1. 1g/lb protein
2. 20-25% TDEE fat
3. Rest carbs
You literally cannot fuck it up

Calories if you're cutting weight
Macros if you're adding weight

I'd say Calories are more important but like >>40874378 said, you should really consider both to be important.
Isn't it like impossible to not count calories if you count macros?
