Ive been trying to bulk the wrong way all my life

I don't get how it could possibly kill your gains.

It really fucks with my recovery and sleep in my experience also makes cardio harder because i mostly smoke it instead of vape

I've used it daily since before I ever lifted so I've made all of my gains on it. Not like it's impressive, but I'm at 1/2/3/3 in 9 months coming from skelly mode and I use a marijuana oil vaporizer nightly and on weekends. I use it because of back pain/muscle spasms.

It's been an act for a very long time, anon. He probably did smoke crazy weed when he was a kid, but he's a middle aged, highly successful entrepreneur and philanthropist with a huge family and a tightly scheduled lifestyle, he isn't high all the time.
