If you have muscle cramps, might need to add in magnesium for the night as well. It has quite little positive research data, but anecdotally Id still recommend it. Same stuff goes for glucosamine for example, scarce data but might help some people. >>40870986

Hmm, Lyle McDonald seems to recommend 25 mgs of zinc. Although he suggested that at least people who dont want to eat red meat should do it. I eat a lot of meat and get zinc through normal food so I think my 15 mgs is definitely enough for me.
