How many times a week is optimal if you are
A.) Beginner
B.) Intermediate level

I am really curious

A.) 7
B.) 7
C.) 7
If you really wanna make it though, you're gonna need at least 8.

4 scoops, 2-3 times a day, every day.

More volume is almost always better.
But do you really want to spend 20-30 hours a week lifting? IMO 4-6 hours is ideal, split over 3 days

I jerk off about three times a week and I consider myself advanced.
3 (full body)
4 (upper/lower or push/pull split)
5-6 (complex split allowing long recoveries)

Dont listen to trolls. Youre probably going to hate to hear it but the general answer is, it depends.
It depends on how fast your able to recover, how much sleep you get, how much your eating and what youre eating.
It depends if you are doing more heavy compound lifts and training for strength, or focusing on smaller muscle groups as well and training for size.
Obviously most beginners want to train a lot more into compound lifts and focus on getting stronger before they start really focusing on individual things.

can you elaborate on the third

Not much because I'm not advanced lol ;_;. But the general idea is to only work out one or 2 muscle groups a day with your heavy compounds stretched out as much as possible. That let's you rest each muscle group for several days which you need to do as an advanced lifter because squatting 550 is a monumental task on your body. There will also be light recovery days and the like to help the process.
You might be interested in looking up Rippetoe's videos on rack pulls and halting deadlifts. Essentially you break up the deadlift into two separate lifts and advises doing one a week, alternating each week. Deadlifting really heavy takes a serious toll on the body, so he wants you to essentially do a full set of deadlifts every other week.
a)3
b)4
c)5-6

Could be from 1 to 7 days a week, depends on how you program your routine and your body capacity to take it.

>A.) What does beginner even mean? Maybe 2-3 times to somewhat of a full body workout to learn and get the feel for lifting
Anything else, 6 times a week. You need to train your body parts twice a week if you want to get big. Hitting body part once a week simply isn't enough volume.
Overtraining is a fucking meme. Training 6x1-1,5h a week isn't going to kill your body lmfao.
