Weight Loss Plateau

So I feel like I'm plateauing on my cut. My TDEE is around 1800 cals. I'm 5'2 and 184. First month I cut to around 1600 cals and lost about 9 lbs (originally I was around 195). I work out Monday- Friday, Monday is Arms, Tuesday is core, Wednesday is Legs, Thursday is Conditioning/Circuit and Friday is more of a light day (shooting hoops, etc).

So diet wise i'm trying to keep it 35:35:30 in terms of protein, fat, and carbs (respectively). Every day I try to aim for around 150g of protein, around 30-40g of fat, and around 90-100g of carbs.

My question is in terms of my plateau, is it that I cut too far into my calories, or should I adjust my ratios in terms of macros?

Either you are working out much more than me, or you are eating to much to lose weight.

you can include exercises, just know the calorie count is usually wrong. just weigh yourself once a week first thing in the morning before food/water, and adjust calories accordingly

i would still drop to 1450-1500. you could even try 1300 since youre the same weight/height of an overweight female qnd i doubt itd do any damage, 1300 is also 500 below youre TDEE. and no dont include exercises into logs.
