Two of the ingredients of the blend are rumored to have test boosting effect, the rest muscle protein synthesis. Complete and utter bullshit, one of them actually does in mice but not in humans at that dose, and no taking all 30 at once won't make a difference.

Everything on that ingredients list is L-DOPA, which is the amino acid precursor for dopamine. It doesn't have anything to do with HGH. You might get a little mood boost from increased dopamine synthesis but that's it.

Probably not even that. You generally need a way for it to pass the blood-brain barrier via the neurotransmitter (like with the L-Dopa Parkinson's drug levodopa).
