About to start my first cut. TDEE is 3100 kcals/day apparently, so I was thinking doing 2500 would be sufficient. Also doing intermittent fasting. Any advice or problems in this plan?

Sounds obvious, but make sure you track your weight and calories eaten every day so you can adjust your intake accordingly - those calculators only ever get you in the ballpark.
Using weekly averages:
TDEE ~= I - ((W*3500)/7)
I - average of daily calories eaten
W - weight change from previous week
