Z press, dumbbell shoulder press. If your problem is locking out, focus on the triceps.

Lateral, front, and rear delt raises, dumbbell ohp, military press. If you're stuck, try adding micro weight. So if you're stuck at 135 and can't get 145, try getting 140, or even slower progression if need be.

deload 10% of your actual stalling load for first set
reverse pyramid sets, 3 sets 6-8-10reps, deload 10% between each set. focusing on finishing your sets, rather than weight, you'll keep progressing for longer.

yes. either increase volume and deload for a bit (few weeks), or alternatively decrease volume and increase weight.

also make sure you aren't over doing anterior delts by doing too many push movements (chest days, shoulder days, etc).

Give yourself a rest too and you'll bust through the plateau the week after

push press will improve your OHP the most just make sure you do a slow controlled negative. after that i'd say the second best thing to do is handstand pushups. it will build strength and stabilizer muscles.

for isolations db ohp press will build up your stabilizer muscles if they are lacking. any kind of tricep work for triceps. incline bench is good too depending on how far you lean back when you press.

basically and kind of pressing will benefit you. however the biggest obstacle are your muscles. if you don't have them you won't be pressing heavy. you have to do volume work for shoulders for them to grow. this will increase your press the most. so just press more

Nigga do you understand why it's highly illogical to use accesory lifts to improve compound lifts? Just do more OHP. 5X5. Heavy as you can. Evry time you go to the gym, put a little more weight on. Do you even ss?

I tried this desu and I was still stuck at 100kg x 3. Nothing would make it increase. I still don't know how to, I've stopped OHP and bench only (180kg on a good day, also stalled on bench), my max OHP is 90 x 3 now but still, I could never figure it out?
