Do SIPS break the fasted state?
Not memeing, I will soon start taking yohimbine, which only (or mostly) works during a fast.
Since it's also recommended to take it with caffeine, and there's 150mg of it in a can, I thought I could combine both.
The alternative is easy, I could just take a caffeine pill, but the drink feels gud.

Well, there is 15 calories in a can. So, I guess it does break a fasted state.
However, coffee does also contain some calories (around ~1-ish I believe) and does not break a fast. I'm not really sure when a fasted state is broken.

General consensus is anything over 10kcal at a time up to 50kcal a day.
OP, learn how to cold brew coffee for iced coffee and drink it black. Best solution.

Anything that metabolizes breaks your fast. It's not even about the calories. Sure, you can still cut by skipping meals and having coffee or whatever, but it's not true fasting and you won't get all the benefits.
