find something that commands your attention more than 4chan.

you see, people hate being bored. but they always hate exerting effort. hence the shitpost fest.

my recommendation? buy a clock. limit your time here. stick to the regimen. fill the now free time with light exercise, like walking, reading, other sites that interest you, and so on.

willpower unfortunately never alters itself unless compelled. a few goals wouldn't hurt. a few visions of a better you in a better situation. figure the puzzle and get going
